If our technology doesn't meet your training needs, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble the Speediance unit and pack it securely in its original heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized logistics partners to schedule a professional curbside pickup of your equipment.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
